Work-Friendly Reminders
WORK SMART! WORK SAFE!
- Sign out of computer when taking a passenger in wheelchair down the bridge. This will prevent others from boarding under your sign.
- Check and double check when doing DOC and VISA checks. If unsure about anything refer the issue to a Lead/ Timatic coach or CSM. Please ensure you comment the DCS with the name of the person who has given the passenger authorization to travel.
- Whenever taking DOC edits off DCS be aware that the agent sign is recorded on the DCS. This agent will be held responsible for ensuring that the passenger has correct DOCS. Be very vigilant and certain before removing any such edits.
- Following SOP comes first before OTP.
- If OTP is jeopardized in any way (wchrs / docs ) always ask deployment for help. Please indicate on your 610 the time and who you spoke to.
- Be more concerned about doing the job safely and securely rather than doing the job fast.
-Overtime Know your Rights
You cannot be expected to work any additional hours when you are exhausted or ill. Nor can you be expected to work additional hours which would adversely impact on your ability to care for your children or family members.
