Follow the Internal Complaint Resolution Process!!!

Canada Labour Code Part II, 127.1
HERE’S HOW :
* Obtain a H & S concern form- ACaeronet/my work/all forms/ACF32 or You may pick one up at the PDC Office

* Fill in the form and discuss it with a MANAGER. Have the Manager sign the form. The concern or issue will be investigated and the employee and the employer will be informed of the results.
*Have 2 Copies made. The CSM who signed it keeps original, you keep a copy of the initialed H & S concern form for yourself, have a copy for the H & S office (drop it off in our mail box in PDC) and call 604-270-5234 to leave a message that you did so – so we can help track it.

*The company must respond to your concern in writing within 30 days.
*If you do not accept the solution offered, the concern is then taken to a Health & Safety committee meeting for discussion and resolution.
* Still not satisfied with the response? The matter may be escalated to the Policy Committee or Labour Canada.sd
Work Safely,
